Terms & Conditions

The user/client is responsible for all payments of any bookings made in TORS as per previously agreed billing arrangements with TOURCO.

The user/client is responsible for communication of cancellations/revisions via our online reservations system, and agrees to accept any cancellation/revision/no show charges as per our tariff conditions.

The user/client responsible for any omissions and errors made bookings in TORS.

The user/client is responsible for any bookings made under their login/password from whatever source.

No more than 2 rooms to be reserved per booking.

The user/client is responsible for issuing vouchers in accordance with TOURCO Tariff conditions for all TORS bookings.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed. All special requests will be noted and passed onto the necessary hotel/supplier.

All TORS reservations made are subject to review by TOURCO reservations staff and possible adjustment with regards to special requests, #children in a room/room type, etc.

Accommodations Conditions

A Maximum of two (2) rooms may be reserved per booking, no exceptions.

Tourco contracts rooms on a run-of-the-house basis unless specified otherwise.

Tourco cannot guarantee the bedding type or any special requests, these will be passed onto the hotel, and acted upon by the hotel.

Triple and Quad rooms usually contain two double beds

Properties designated "inn/character property" may have only one double or queen size bed per room and may not be appropriate for children. Those properties where children are not allowed are so marked in the tariff.

Rollaways & cribs are usually available at a small additional charge payable by the passenger directly to the hotel. These rates are detailed in the tariff. Requests for rollaways and cribs made at the time of booking will be passed onto the hotel, these cannot be guaranteed by Tourco, these requests are acted upon by the hotel.

Tourco reserves the right to substitute similarly priced hotels on a best available basis.
